12 MONTHS WARRANTY
Esse Home Holding Sdn Bhd provides 12 months limited warranty for all products purchase under our online store platform and offline outlet, valid from the date of purchase.
It is strongly advised for customer to always record an unboxing video as proof in case of any claim against warranty is required.
Our warranty will cover for:
1. Damage - damage arises from impact during delivery
2. Defect - manufacturer defect such as wrong part, not functioning part, scratch/dent
3. Missing - missing part not included in the package
Following are terms and conditions not valid for a warranty claim:
1. Wrong Installation Method (i.e. using high speed electric drill)
2. Wrong Usage Method (i.e. put heavy item exceed recommended load)
3. Buyer Mishandling Damage
4. Water Damage/Floor, Fire, Theft or Natural Disaster
5. Wear & Tear Arises From Normal Usage
6. Rude Attitude Towards Customer Service
Procedure for warranty claim:
1. Take video/pictures of damage/defect/missing parts (Alphabet/Number stickers present at the part, or circle on the manual)
2. Furnish purchase receipts or invoice with correct Name, Contact No. and Address.

4. Claim part(s) will be processed and courier within 3-7 working days.
